How do I know which power supply is compatible with my charger?
Compatibility depends on the input voltage range of your charger and the total wattage required. Most high-power chargers require a 12V-24V DC power supply; check your charger's manual for specific voltage limits and ensure the supply's wattage exceeds your maximum charging needs.
What is your return policy for electronics and charging equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lithium batteries that have been cycled or modified.
Do you offer international shipping for high-capacity batteries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, due to IATA regulations, lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials and may have specific shipping restrictions or higher freight costs depending on the destination country.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is processed by our warehouse.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
